The Board of Directors of the Company has agreed to the payment of an interim dividend of 25 cents per stock unit on July 21, 2006 to stockholders on record
This is to advise that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet Wednesday 24th May 2006 and consideration of a dividend is an item on the agenda.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on May 25, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Producers House, 6A Oxford Rd, Kingston 5.
