Carlton Savannah REIT (Jamaica) Limited has advised that a dividend was approved by the company`s board of directors on May 14, 2009 of US$0.0004 per stock unit to shareholders on record as at May 29, 2009, payable on June 11, 2009. The X-Date is May 27, 2009.
