Notice to Shareholders of Goodyear Jamaica Limited (In Voluntary Liquidation)
An interim payment of $1.75 per share will be made to the ordinary shareholders of Goodyear Jamaica Limited (In Voluntary Liquidation) on record as at 19 December 2008. This payment will be made on the 15 December 2010 subject to 4% transfer tax.
