Notice of Early Closure of Future Energy Source Company Limited Combined Offer for Sale and Initial Public Offer (IPO) (‘the Offer”)
The invitation for subscription for participation in Future Energy Source Company Limited’s (FESCO) combined Offer for Sale and Initial Public Offer of ordinary shares made subject to the Prospectus dated March 23, 2021 closed early at approximately 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 01, 2021.
The transaction has been oversubscribed and as such the company is exercising its right to close the Offer early.
The basis of allocation will be communicated to the Jamaica Stock Exchange in a subsequent communication.
