NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) NCBFG has submitted its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended June 30, 2019.
NCBFG has also advised that the Board of Directors, at a meeting held on July 25, 2019, declared an interim dividend of $0.90 per ordinary stock unit. The dividend is payable on August 27, 2019 to stockholders on record as at August 13, 2019.
The ex-dividend date is August 12, 2019.
