NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has advised that effective November 30, 2019, the following changes have been made to the Board of the National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ):
1. Hon. Michael Lee-Chin O.J. ceased to be Chairman of NCBJ’s Board but remains a Director and continues to be Chairman of the Board of NCBFG.
2. Mr. Patrick Hylton became Chairman of NCBJ’s Board.
3. Mrs. Thalia Lyn resigned as a Director of NCBJ but remains a Director of NCBFG and Chair of the N.C.B. Foundation;
4. Mr. Oliver Mitchell Jr resigned as a Director of NCBJ but remains a Director of NCBFG.
