The Directors have approved an interim dividend payment of six cents per share unit to be paid on May 31, 2002 t shareholders on record as at May 10, 2002. The Directors have approved the calling of an extra-ordinary general meeting on May 21, 2002 at 4 p.m. or immediately after the annual general meeting scheduled for 3 p.m. The meeting will also consider a 1:4 bonus issue. The record date is May 21, 2002 and the XB date is May 15, 2002.
