At a meeting held on December 9, 2009, the Board of Directors of NCB Capital Markets Limited declared a final dividend of 17.85 cents per stock unit in respect of the 11.75 per cent per annum Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares. The dividend is payable on January 27, 2010 to shareholders on record as at January 15, 2010. The X-date is January 13, 2010.
