National Commercial Bank Limited Scheme of Arrangement

National Commercial Bank Limited (NCBJ) has advised that they are now proceeding with the Scheme of Arrangement among National Commercial Bank Limited, NCB Financial Group Limited and their respective shareholders. NCBJ has therefore requested that trading in NCBJ shares be suspended after the close of trading on Friday, March 10,2017, and that trading in the shares of NCB Financial Group Limited commence on the opening of trading on Thursday, March 16, 2017.
