The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc.

Chris joined the National Association of Securities Dealers in 1986 and shortly thereafter was hired as a research analyst in the Economic Research Department. In Economic Research, Chris performed various analyses ranging from statistical comparisons of the major US stock markets, to complex trading analysis of US traded stocks.  In 1992, Chris was promoted to ADR Analyst in Nasdaq International and his research efforts began to focus on international companies and markets.  In this role he spent a great deal of time analyzing the trading characteristics of non-US equities including ADRs, Ordinary Shares and other non-US equity instruments.

In 1997, he was named Director, NASDAQ International and added Canada to his responsibilities. Nasdaq has approximately 100 Canadian companies and adds an average of 20 new Canadian companies each year.

In 2001, Chris became Managing Director, NASDAQ International and continues to focus on listing and servicing non-US companies.   In 2004, Chris added Latin America to his area of responsibility, thus he now covers North and South America outside the US.
