MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited (MPCCEL) has advised that following the closure of the Rights Issue on January 10, 2020, all applications have been satisfied in full and 10,242,382 New Class B Shares have been issued and allotted to Applicants. MPCCEL will shortly be submitting its supplemental application for listing of the new Class B Shares.
