MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited (MPCCEL) has advised that it has faced some delays in the preparation of the draft accounts due to some changes of the partners providing the financial reporting and therefore, the publication of the Interim Financial Statements for the quarter ended 31st of March 2021 is expected to be submitted on June 1, 2021.
MPCCEL further advised that a notice will be published in a daily newspaper in Jamaica on May 13, 2021.
