MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited (MPCCEL) has advised that due to unforeseen reason with the auditing process, the Interim Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2020, the Annual Financial Report for the year ended December 31, 2020 and the Annual Report for 2020 of the company will be delayed.
MPCCEL anticipates that the publication will possibly be delayed for a further seven (7) days from the extended date and filed on May 7, 2021.
