MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited (MPCCEL) has advised that Mr. Gerard Borely stepped down as a Director and Chairman of the Company, effective January 31, 2020.
MPCCEL has further advised that Mr. Jose Fernando Zuniga Galindo has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective February 1, 2020.
