Montego Freeport Ltd.(MFP) – Dividend Payment

It was resolved: “That on the recommendation of the Directors a Gross Dividend of $0.09 per ordinary stock unit be paid out of the accumulated profits of the Company on August 28, 2004, to the registered stockholders at the close of business on July 21, 2004” and also “That a Capital Distribution of $0.98 per stock unit less 71/2 percent transfer tax be and is hereby declared out of the Capital Reserve in respect of the period ended March 31st 2004 to the registered stockholders on the register at the close of businesson July 21, 2004”.
