Resignation of Directors
Mrs. Majorie Campbell, Mrs. Maizie O’Reggio-Alexander, Rev. Daniel Samuels, Miss Faith Thomas and Mr. Noel Sloley resigned as Directors of the Company.
Appointment of Directors
Mrs. Melissa Chang, Mrs. Scarlet Jones, Mr. Dale Sinclair, Mr. Barrington Baugh, Mr. Angus Gordon and Mr. Homer Davis were appointed Directors of the company effective November 22, 2007.
Chairman of the Board
Mr. B. Anthony Lindo was appointed Chairman of the Board effective January 17, 2008.
