Melisha Walters-Gordon

Mrs. Melisha Walters Gordon is an Attorney-at-Law, called to the Jamaican Bar since 2012. Mrs. Walters Gordon is currently a Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at GraceKennedy Limited. Prior to this, she held the positions of Assistant Crown Counsel and Crown Counsel in the Attorney General’s Chambers of Jamaica. She obtained a Bachelors of Law degree from the University of London and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School. While at the Norman Manley Law School she participated in a number of outreach programmes, represented the Law School in the Annual Margaret Forte Mooting Competition and graduated with the award of Best Advocate. Mrs. Walters Gordon also holds the Director’s Strategic Guide to Corporate Governance and Leadership Diploma. She is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and sits on its Civil Practice & Procedure Committee.

Mrs. Walters Gordon is also a trained special educator. She attended The MICO University College where she earned awards for the Best Teacher of children with learning difficulties and Curriculum Planning.
