Medical Disposables & Supplies Limited (MDS) has advised that Ms. Janice Pitter, Financial Controller, has tendered her resignation effective September 13, 2019.
MDS has further advised that Ms. Pitter’s resignation is in no way connected to any conflicts with or for any breaches of any accounting principles of practices, but simply for personal exploration of new territories.
