Medical Disposables and Supplies Limited (MDS) has advised that there will be a delay in the submission of their Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2020, due to challenges posed by the recent Covid-19 pandemic crisis, the resulting displacement of its Administrative Team and the unexpected shifts in business operations.
MDS anticipates that these Audited Statements will be submitted by July 15, 2020.
