Medical Disposables and Supplies Limited (MDS)- Delay in the submission of annual report for year end March 31, 2022.

Medical Disposables and Supplies Limited wishes to advise the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) that there will be a delay in the publication of the Annual Report.  In keeping with the extension given by the JSE, MDS anticipates the submission of its annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 on or before September 13, 2022.
