This is to advise that Medical Disposables and Supplies Limited will not be submitting a quarterly unaudited Financial Statements for the period January 1, 2014 to March 31, 2014; but instead have opted to submit the annual Audited Financial Statements for the period ended March 31, 2014 within 60 days of the end of the period.
