Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) has advised that Dr. David McBean resigned from MIL’s Board of Directors and its Audit Committee, effective December 13, 2019.
MIL further advises that Dr. McBean’s resignation from their Audit Committee is not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
Following on Dr. McBean’s resignation, Mr. Walter Scott was appointed to the Audit Committee with effect from December 13, 2019.
