Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) has advised that Mr. Benito Palomino resigned from MIL’s Board of Directors and as the Audit Committee Chairman, effective December 5, 2019.
MIL further advises that Mr. Palomino resignation from their Audit Committee was not as a result of any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
Following on Mr. Palomino’s resignation, Mr. Alok Jain was appointed the Audit Committee Chair with effect from December 5, 2019.
