Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) has advised that the Company will not be in position to submit its Audited Financial Statement on March 1, 2018, as required by the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE), and the said financials will be submitted on or before March 15, 2018.
MIL states that the delay in submission is due to the fact that the Group has been in the process of a re-organization and in particular, the impending listing of its subsidiary, Mayberry West Indies Limited.
MIL further advised that the late submission of its Audited Financial Statement would be advertised in the print media to advise their shareholders of the delay.
