Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) has advised that its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2020, will be late due to delays experienced in finalizing the financial audit, resulting from COVID-19 on their internal and external resources.
MIL further advised that its Annual Report will be submitted by May 30, 2021, in compliance with the 45-day extension granted by the Jamaica Stock Exchange to all listed companies required to file their Annual Reports by April 30, 2021.
