Mayberry Investments Limited has advised that Mr. Christopher Berry has decided to restructure all of his equity holdings in the Company in order to take advantage of other opportunities which may arise from time to time. The transfer of 427,484,380 MIL shares on July 25, 2007 does not represent a beneficial change of ownership of any of his holdings.
