Mayberry Investments Ltd (MIL)- Resignation

Mr. Sudath Wimalaratne, Financial Controller, has resigned from the Company effective January 31, 2006.

In the interim, Ms. Elaine Mitchell will act in the capacity until a suitable candidate has been identified to fill the position.
