Mayberry Investment Ltd.(MIL)- Late Financials

The Company wishes to announce that their fourth quarter results which were due 14 February 2006 will be late and that it is the Board’s intention to release these final quarter results with the audited results. However, the year end audit is currently in its final stage and the Auditors have given their commitment to deliver the signed report on or before 21 February 2006.
