Mayberry Investments Ltd. (MIL)- Declares Dividend to Ordinary Shareholders

The Board of Directors of Mayberry Investments Limited has declared a dividend of twenty cents per share to be paid on February 28, 2008 to its ordinary shareholders on record as at February 21, 2008.  The X date is February 19, 2008. The Board also declared its monthly dividend of 12% on Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares of 3.25 cents per share payable on January 25, 2008 to preference shareholders on record as at January 22, 2008.
