Margaritaville (Turks) Limited (MTL) has advised of being grateful for the 45-day extension for the filing of Audited Financial Statements, as offered in your letter dated July 26, 2021. We are having delays associated with the continued upgrading of our ERP system, which is further compounded by COVID-19 challenges, and so we wish to take up this extension offer.
MTL also advised that all effort will be made to have the Financial Statements completed and submitted to you before September 13, 2021.
