Thirteen million one hundred and fifty-three thousand six hundred and fifty-eight units (13,153,658) of LUMBER Ordinary Shares was sold by a connected party of two directors on December 17, 2021.  The shares were purchased by a connected party of a director of Lumber Depot Limited.
