LOJ – Mandatory Cash Offer to Shareholders of PCFS

Consequent on the acquisition of LOJ of the majority shares in Pan Caribbean Financial Services Ltd, the Board of Directors have now approved the acquisition of the minority shareholdings pursuant to the Rules governing takeovers and mergers of the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
