The Company advises that it has experienced some delays in the completion of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2005.
During 2005, the company concluded three acquisitions and a number of the recently implemented revisions to the IFRS, in particular IFRS 38 dealing with the intangibles, which have impacted the accounting treatments of these acquisitions.
As a result, various matters had to be referred to PricewaterhouseCoopers London and therefore undertake to submit the Audited Financial Statements by April 5, 2006.
