LIME has advised that the company has closed negotiations regarding the outsourcing of its Filed Services operations. LIME anticipates that the implementation of a Managed Services Solution will simplify its field operations and cut operating expenses over the next seven year life of the contract – a significant overhead reduction aimed at helping the company to improve operational performance and become more competitive while being better able to respond to customer needs. Although positions will be made redundant, affected employees will have the opportunity to apply to Ericsson for employment.
