The Board of Directors of the company has recommended that trading in its shares be suspended with immediate effect. This has become necessary in light of the current negotiations with FINSAC regarding the recapitalization of the Company and to avoid the impact of further speculation on the trading of its shares.
The Board anticipates that the negotiations will be resolved within in the next two weeks.
