As a result of LOJ acquiring in excess of 96% of the issued share capital of Island Life, the two companies have entered into an Administrative Agreement whereby LOJ Ltd. will carry out administrative services on behalf of Island Life pending regulatory approval of the integration of both companies.
This Agreement will reduce the unnecessary and inefficient overlapping of administrative services carried out by the two companies.Consequently, this will result in the termination of a number of positions in both companies.
