Included in the notice of Annual General Meeting will be the following item of business: that PricewaterhouseCoopers are appointed auditors of the company in place of retiring auditors KPMG Peat Marwick to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company and that the Directors are authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
