The earnings per Share for period Ended December 31, 2020 was revised, as it was discovered subsequent to the issue of the Financial Statements, that there was an error in the total number of new shares issued used in the calculation of the EPS. Total actual new shares issued was 467,000 but an amount of 467,000,000 was used in the calculations in error. The error was corrected, the Earning Per Share recalculated, and the Financial Statements reissued.”
