Lasco Distributors Limited (LASD) has advised that Mr. Kenneth Sylvester has resigned from the Board of Directors of LASD effective July 20, 2021.
LASD further advised that Mr. Sylvester was a member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee of LASD and wish to state that there are no accounting or auditing issues that have had any impact, whatsoever, on his decision to resign from the Committee.
