Lascelles Extension of Campari Offer

 

Lascelles deMercado & Co Limited (LAS) has released its audited results for the year ended September 30, 2012. LAS has advised that the period for acceptance of Campari`s offer has been extended and that the offer is now scheduled to close on December 10, 2012 at 4:30p.m.
