At a Meeting of the Board of Directors of this Company held on 11th September, 2006 the following dividend was declared:
An interim half yearly dividend of J$1.00 per Ordinary Stock Unit. This Dividend is payable to Ordinary Stockholders on record at the close of business on 26th September , 2006 and is to be paid on 10th October, 2006.
