KLE Group Limited (KLE) has advised that Mr. Garfield Coke tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company and from the Audit Committee of the company as of November 20, 2012. KLE noted that Mr. Coke`s resignation from the Audit Committee was in no way related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting the Audit Committee or its functions.
