KLE Group Limited has advised that Mr. Zuar Jarrett has resigned from the Audit Committee of KLE Group Limited effective December 20, 2012. The reason for Mr. Jarrett`s resignation was the need to re-balance the composition of the Audit Committee following the resignation of Mr. Garfield Coke in November 2012. Mr. Jarrett`s resignation was in no way related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting the Audit Committee or its functions.
