KLE Group Limited wishes to advise that the filing of Unaudited 3rd Quarter Financial Statements due for upload on November 14, 2021, will be delayed due to challenges brought on by the pandemic.
We anticipate submitting 3rd Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements by December 10, 2021.
In light of the foregoing we will simultaneously place an advertisement in a national newspaper in daily circulation advising shareholders of the delay.
