KLE Group Limited has advised of delay in the submission of its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2020, due to delays in the audit process brought on by the pandemic.
The Company also advised that in light of the foregoing, it will simultaneously place an advertisement in a national newspaper in daily circulation advising shareholders of the delay.
KLE anticipates that it will be in a position to submit the said financials on or before March 22, 2021.
