Kingston Wharves Limited has advised that at Board of Directors meeting held on June 30, 2010, a decision was taken to separate the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
As such, Mr. Derek Jones has been appointed Chairman of the Company effective July 1, 2010. Mr. Grantley Stephenson will continue in the role as Chief Executive Officer.
