At the board meeting held on October 28, 1996, an interim dividend was approved to be paid to stockholders on record on November 30, 1996. Payment date is December 23. The payment is to be made as follows: three cents (net) per stock unit out of franked income and three cents per stock unit (less income tax) out of unfranked income.
