At the Annual General Meeting of Kingston Wharves Ltd, held on July 12, 2004, Mr. Brian Young, chairman for the past year, did not seek re-election. However, Mr. Grantley Stephenson, Managing Director, was elected to the new post of Executive Chairman, with immediate effect.
