Kingston Wharves Limited has advised that at a meeting of its Board of Directors Wednesday 30 November 2022, the Board of Directors considered and approved the payment of a dividend of Forty-Three cents (J$0.43) per ordinary share to shareholders on record as of Thursday 15 December 2022. The ex-dividend date is Wednesday 14 December 2022, and the payment date for the dividend is Tuesday 17 January 2023.
