Kingston Wharves has advised that at its Board meeting held on March 1, 2012 it was agreed that an Extra-ordinary General Meeting will be held on Thursday March 29, 2012 at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel commencing at 10:00 a.m. Special business to be considered is an amendment of the company’s Articles of Incorporation.
